About me
Christina Heneka, LL.M. is part of our law firm team as an attorney/specialist in medical law. Following her law studies at the Ruhr University in Bochum, she completed her legal internship at the Higher Regional Court in Frankfurt am Main, where she worked as a research assistant in a large law firm specializing in medical law. Her path then led her to the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf, where she completed a postgraduate master's degree at the Düsseldorf Law School. Since 2012, she has been working as an attorney/specialist in medical law in litigation and consulting for physicians, hospitals as well as other medical care providers. In addition, as an in-house lawyer in an international insurance group, she has experience in handling large and complex claims in the field of medical liability law with references to the specifics of insurance law. As a specialist in medical law, she worked in a law firm in Düsseldorf specializing exclusively in medical law and has been with us since 2022. Her practice focuses on medical liability law and medical criminal law.
