Since 1980, Lutz Bartsch has been working continuously as a lawyer in his own law firm, specializing in criminal law and traffic law, and since 2000 as a specialist lawyer for traffic law. From 2000 to 2025, he was a member of the Preliminary Examination Committee for Traffic Law of the D\u00fcsseldorf Bar Association.<\/p>

He supports FEHN Legal as Of Counsel, primarily in criminal and administrative offense law as well as sports law. He is a profound expert in equestrian sports: From 2012 to 2020, he was a member of the executive committee and, from 2010 to 2020, chairman of the disciplinary commission of the Rhineland Equestrian Sports Association. Since 2020, he has been a member of the association’s arbitration tribunal.
