INFORMATION ON PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE

Name and registered office of the insurer:
According to § 59n BRAO, professional practice associations are obliged to maintain professional liability insurance. FEHN Legal RECHTSANWÄLTE UND STEUERBERATER PartG mbB maintains a professional liability insurance with Allianz Versicherungs-AG, 10900 Berlin.

Pursuant to § 51 BRAO, lawyers are obliged to maintain professional liability insurance. The attorneys of FEHN Legal RECHTSANWÄLTE UND STEUERBERATER PartG mbB maintain a personal professional liability insurance with Ergo Versicherungs AG, ERGO-Platz 1, 40477 Düsseldorf (attorneys Prof. Dr. Dr. Karsten Fehn and Dr. Dr. Bernd Josef Fehn) and with Allianz Versicherungs-AG, 10900 Berlin (attorney Christina Heneka, LL.M.).

According to § 67 StBerG, tax consultants are obliged to maintain professional liability insurance. Tax consultant Dr. Dr. Bernd Josef Fehn maintains professional liability insurance with Markel Insurance SE, Munich.

Scope of the professional liability insurance:
Activities in Germany and the member states of the European Union.
