After Christina Heneka, LL.M. has already strengthened our team in medical (criminal) law as a #specialist lawyer for medical law since October 2022, Frank Sarangi, LL.M. (#specialist lawyer for medical law) and Dr. Lars Blady, LL.M. (Nottingham) (lawyer, in-house lawyer and #mediator) have now also joined our team as of 01.05.2023 and will further significantly expand our consulting portfolio in medical (criminal) law and medical law. Both, as well as Christina Heneka, have many years of relevant legal experience in medical law and #medical criminal law. As a powerful team, we will take into account the special feature of medical law of advising #service providers not only in medical criminal law, but also in #physician liability law, which usually runs in parallel, as well as in #hospital law, including #digital #health and #data protection law.
