Since 1980, Lutz Bartsch has been working continuously as a lawyer in his own law firm, specializing in criminal law and traffic law, and since 2000 as a specialist lawyer for traffic law. From 2000 to 2025, he was a member of the Preliminary Examination Committee for Traffic Law of the Düsseldorf Bar Association.
He supports FEHN Legal as Of Counsel, primarily in criminal and administrative offense law as well as sports law. He is a profound expert in equestrian sports: From 2012 to 2020, he was a member of the executive committee and, from 2010 to 2020, chairman of the disciplinary commission of the Rhineland Equestrian Sports Association. Since 2020, he has been a member of the association’s arbitration tribunal. From 2000 to 2017, he was also president of the Neuss District Equestrian Association.
