Patrick Velten Donath

Patrick Velten Donath is a lawyer and joined FEHN Legal in 2025. After working at the law faculty (International Centre for War Crimes Trials and Chair of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law, International Criminal Law, and International Law), he held further positions in supra-regional law firms specializing in construction and real estate law in Germany and the USA, as well as in the controlling, compliance, and human resources departments at the headquarters of major German corporations.

He has already worked as a supplementary liquidator and executor and is a fourth-generation real estate investor. He advises in particular on insolvency and real estate (criminal) law, including its tax, environmental, and insurance law aspects. He is also the contact person for compliance as well as insolvency (criminal) and food criminal law.
